The Mate line started with a personal commission: Jon's mother-in-law, Jackie Mate, needed a chandelier that could hold its own next to the ornate scrolled ironwork already in her home — without trying to out-baroque it. The answer was restraint. Clean geometry. Wrought iron that knew when to stop. Drawing on the design vocabulary developed for the Harvard Standish installation, the widely loved RH Camino , and the Gioa Gioa collection, Mate distills those influences into something quieter and more enduring. No fuss, no flourish — just well-proportioned iron, honest construction, and warm light that makes you want to linger at the table. The collection spans single-tier rounds (36" and 48"), a dramatic two-tier 48", and a 60" rectangle built for long dining tables and kitchen islands. Each piece is handmade to order and fully customizable: size, drop height, finish — from raw firescale to oil-rubbed bronze — and socket type in both medium base and candelabra sizes. If you can imagine the space, we can dial in the fixture.
Note: Designs can be adjusted in size and height with multiple finish options, along with a variety of available finishes in medium base or candelabra socket sizes, to customize the look of the chandelier. Listed specifications are for the chandelier as shown.
