Keep the sun off your camp without the chaos. The Shade Wall Kit gives you everything you need to hang a solid 10×12 ft wall of 70% shade cloth fast — and pack it all out when you're done.
What's in the kit:
10×12 ft shade cloth — 70% UV block
2× 18" lag bolts — oversized for a solid hold in the playa
2× Lag-bolt gusset clips — bright orange, powder coated. You'll see them. You'll remember them. You'll take them home.
2× 15 ft ratchet tie-downs — good quality, S-hooks included, bright yellow
How it works:
Ball bungees attach one edge of the shade cloth to your top pole. The lag bolt drives the orange gusset clip securely into the ground at an angle, and the ratchet tie-downs run from the clip to hold everything taut. The kit works on either the 10 ft or 12 ft side of the cloth, so you can configure it to fit your camp.
The slanted wall design, combined with 70% shade cloth, reduces wind load compared to a solid sidewall — while still giving you privacy and extra shade early and late in the day. It's also quick to deploy, reposition, or take down if conditions change.
Why the orange gusset?
Over 2300 lag bolts were left in the playa in 2025. That's 2300pieces of metal the clean-up crew had to find in the dust. The solid orange clip is your reminder: this hardware goes home with you. Pack it out.
